S.T.A.R. LABS Description

I created 2 alternate versions of STAR Labs from the CW's Flash series and 2 alternate versions of the Department of Extra-normal Operations or D.E.O. from the Supergirl series. From what I can tell and out of my own head these take place on 3 Earths. One Alternate version of the D.E.O. where J'onn Jo'nzz still took Hank Hensahw's face takes place on the same 'Earth-21' as one version of STAR Labs. Where Joe legally adopted Barry Allen after BOTH his parents were killed in a home invasion robbery without any hint of a speedster or any thing else weird. The groups don't have anything to do with each-other, but they are on the same Earth. Cool thing is, I didn't really sit down and think what this would look like, not for most of them. The stories at the DEO I act out like I did my imaginary journeys and then write down what happens.  The Star Labs stories I had was given a place to start from and now have to decide where to go with it.

For ease of reference I call them Earth-9, Earth-27 and Earth-42. Earth-9 sees the D.E.O. and a place called Arias Guatemala. It doesn't ahve all the much in common, that is to say it doesn't look as close to Earth-38 from the show Supergirl. But I have not written any Earth-9 Flash or Arrow, just aliens, human-looking and otherwise. Just Superman and Nikita and thier friends.

Earth-42 has season one Harrison Wells played out exactly as he was originally portrayed: secretive, dedicated, heartfelt and a murderer. Except he is not the Man in the Yellow Suit the reverse Flash. More than 12 years ago Harrison Wells discovered future records of the Hero called the Flash started following that record like a script in order to ensure Central City had its hero. But one formative thing about Barry Allen becoming the FLASH rather than just another meta-human when he became a speedster was a tragedy he witnessed as a kid...the man in the yellow suit murdering his mother. The Flash wouldn't have existed without that trauma. His humanity and his belief in other people came from personally knowing what (that) tragedy felt like. And what it could do to a person if they let it. Harrison's reticence to look Barry in the face and the self-preservation secrecy he displayed throughout the *three years* (in my story) they knew each-other is exactly that. There is no doubt as to his identity or that he means EXACTLY what he says when he relaxes and opens up and shares anything about his past. He's not from the future, he's not a speedster. No one doubts his veracity because he isn't wearing another person's skin.

the background of my story is that Dr. Wells survived the car accident that killed his wife Tess and lived to become the man we see in season 1 of the show. He vividly remembers the Man in Yellow murdering his wife that night.

An android built by an alien race who opened her eyes for the first time at STAR Labs explains how aware she is that by luck or design she first met these people at STAR Labs and not anyone else on the planet. “I have no memories of my people, only embedded learning programs. I know what my people were like, or at least how they considered themselves. The people who built me would have liked everyone in this room. Most people on this planet, would scare the hell out of them."

Martin Stein unveils an Android Nikita to his friends at the laboratory. Ray Palmer and Ronnie Raymond are partners at the lab and best friends. Tess Morgan is the name of someone who looks like Lena Luthor. Alex Danvers has a doppelganger on this STAR Labs team as well, Alex Foster. This team spells their group S.T.A.R.R. Labs: Martin Stein – Tess Morgan – Alex Foster – Ronnie Raymond and Ray Palmer. Dr. Wells is Stein's domestic partner, but helps people in a normal way: Teaching History and Geography and helping at an outreach center. Joe Iris and Wally West live their normal lives as a firefighter, an investigative reporter and an attendant at an assisted living center, respectively. Barry Allen lives 5 hours away and is taking the slow path through graduate studies in astronomy and chemistry. Joe, Iris and Wally West live their normal lives as a firefighter, an investigative reporter and an attendant at an assisted living center, respectively.
